Payment:
All forms of PayPal payments are accepted. Payment in full is expected at the time the order is placed. Please consider purchasing insurance as SKB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. I do not take RME payments, sorry.
Warranty & Returns:
Please contact me immediately if there are any problems with your order, and before returning any product.
I will only accept returns if the item is in the same condition it was shipped. Meaning that the product is still in it's original packaging and not washed. Returns are accepted if an item is found to have a material defect within fifteen days of purchase. Material defects such as, stitches in knitting are unravelling.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns will not be accepted on items which are:
Marked as “seconds" or "imperfect"
A custom fit different from my usual measurements
Personalized items, additional ruffles/side pockets/extra embellishments
